Work together to troubleshoot one specific problem: how to track more consistently, identify if you’re tracking the right things, take your analog form digital, tweak your current digital form to work better for your lifestyle and your pet, and more.
Includes a 45 minute call, plus notes and resources after the call.

Essentials package $150
Start with a 45-60 minute consult to discuss your unique needs, goals, and challenges, and develop a tracking plan. We’ll talk about what to track and how you might do it and define metrics together.
You will get a Google or Tally form if tracking digitally, an implementation plan (to make sure you actually can do the tracking), and instructions for setting up shortcuts and automations if needed.
I’ll check-in with you via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram after 2 weeks, and provide up to 15 minutes of feedback/brainstorming/tweaking.
core package
$300
Everything in the essentials package (initial consult, tracking form, and implementation plan), plus:
- Homework after our initial consult to hone in on what or how we’re planning to track
- A chance to review prototype and provide feedback via email or WhatsApp
- We’ll set up your shortcuts and automations together
- I’ll send weekly reminders via email or WhatsApp for 1 month to help you build the data-tracking habit
- We’ll have one 30-minute follow-up after 1 month to discuss trends/what we’re seeing in the data
all-in package
$500
Everything in the essentials package(initial consult, tracking form, and implementation plan), plus:
- Homework after our initial consult to hone in on what or how we’re planning to track
- A 15-minute call to review a prototype of the tracker I develop for you and make immediate adjustments when necessary
- We’ll set up your shortcuts and automations together
- I’ll send weekly reminders via email or WhatsApp for 3 months to help you build the data-tracking habit
- We’ll have two 30-minute follow-ups, the first between 2 weeks to 1 month to make any tweaks to the trackers or plan, and the second at 2-2.5 months to discuss trends/what we’re seeing in the data
tune-ups and sense-making sessions $75-100
Available to existing clients only. Additional meeting as needed to adjust tracking if you and your pets’ needs change, prepare for important appointments, or otherwise talk about what we’re seeing in the data.
Custom Dashboard
$200
Available only with a core or all-in package, and only if using digital tracking. I will develop a custom dashboard for you that incorporates your data and creates multiple visuals in an easy-to-read page.

client Consults $120
A 45-60 minute call to discuss specific client and pet, including their needs, goals, and challenges. I will develop a tracking tool for the client to use if they decide to track digitally.
information management consult $250
We’ll meet and you’ll provide the necessary context so that I can develop a comprehensive information management plan for you. It may cover things like storage, naming conventions, retention policies, and more.
data basics and custom tracker
$250
We’ll meet for two 45-60 minute calls to go over core data and information concepts, discuss your typical clients, and develop a custom tracker for you to use with future clients on your own.

If you need a clean slate or are overwhelmed looking at your digital files, you can have me organize it all for you as an add-on to the info management plan.
How It Works
Step One: intake forms
This is a little bit of a multi-stage process. You’ll complete the initial intake form and, if desired, schedule a 15-minute call to get more information about Ruf Out There services. If you decide to move forward, I’ll send requests for additional info, required service agreements and waivers, and a link to pay for your desired package.
Step Two: consult and build
From there, we’ll schedule our meeting and meet via Proton Meet. I’ll check with you about cameras on or off beforehand, and I’ll send you the list of key questions ahead of time as well. We’ll talk about your situation, your goals, and your challenges. Then, we’ll build the plan forward together.
Step three: implement
After the consult, you’ll get resources that may include a tracking form, a written implementation plan, and follow-ups from me. You’ll be on the road to clearer, more organized information about the dogs you care for!
