These Terms and Conditions describe policies currently in effect. Please read and understand this agreement before continuing use of the Ruf Out There website. You may ask questions.

Throughout the documentation, the term “User,” “Client,” “You,” and “Your” refers to site visitors, blog readers, students, subscribers, clients, and any other users on the Site.

For accessing this Site or purchasing any products or services, you must be over 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract, have read and accepted these Terms, and comply with these Terms.

Please read these Terms that apply to your use of Trainer’s Courses and Digital Products, accessible via Company’s Site. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, apply to all Site visitors, subscribers, customers, and all other users of the Site (“user,” “you,” and “your”). By accessing and using this Site, our social media channels, and any other materials made available or provided to you on this Site by us, whether made available for purchase or not, you accept our Terms.

Scope

Available services may vary. Current offerings are generally listed on the Ruf Out There LLC website. The Trainer may recommend a service package based on information you provide. Outcomes vary based on a number of factors, some of which may be unpredictable or outside of the Trainer’s control. You agree that the Trainer makes no guarantees of outcomes related to any services, even those recommended or provided by the Trainer.

The Trainer most often provides services related to data collection, organization, and interpretation; companion pet training skills coaching; and body language interpretation. The Trainer may provide case reports to the client or other professionals upon request by the client. The Trainer does not provide human counselling or veterinary services or advice. On this Site or during a course, Ruf Out There LLC may recommend external links, services, or products. Recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of your satisfaction or success with that product or service.

In no event shall Ruf Out There LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Company’s site, even if Company or a Company authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

No Guarantees

Our role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, but we cannot guarantee that undertaking any training or participating in any of the Services will ensure success. Any success you gain will depend on your own efforts, commitment, motivation, and intent to follow through, as well as limitations and circumstances outside of human control. Under no circumstances can we guarantee a particular result, whether financial or otherwise. You acknowledge and agree that results may differ from person to person. You acknowledge and agree that when you purchase any of the Services or Products or participate in any Courses, results may vary as there are too many variables to guarantee success. Any client reviews, statements, or examples advertised or available on our Site or via any content we communicate with you (including newsletters, social media, or other advertising), are merely examples of what can be possible.

The elimination or modification of behaviors is not guaranteed. It is unethical for Ruf Out There LLC to guarantee training results or outcomes, as companion animals are unique individuals and success in training is dependent on a host of factors, including but not limited to: an animal’s history, environment, health, genetics, and life experiences, as well as client commitment to training protocols. Ruf Out There LLC guarantees that all training will be humane and evidence based, and the Trainer will do their absolute best to support the client throughout the course of active services.
